It helps to include your Apple Watch model, your watchOS and iOS versions, and whether the problem is on the watch or the phone.

Bookmarks not appearing

Bookmarks sync between your devices through iCloud, and between the watch and the phone directly. Check that both are signed into the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for Outback in Settings.

Sites that won't stay signed in

With Private Browsing on, Outback keeps no cookies or website data, so sites can't remember you. Turn it off in Outback's Settings if you'd like to stay signed in.
